You will be greeted on arrival, all beds will be made and there will be plenty of extra linen and towels. Of course the whole Manoir wil be spotlessly clean. There is excellent central heating and huge open fireplaces, plus a plentiful supply of logs. You and your guests will have exclusive use of all facilities of le Manoir - no one lives there but you. Services available to you on request (preferably before you arrive, but can be arranged after...) include :
			Full bedmaking and daily cleaning service.
			Service of breakfast
			Provision and service of lunch and dinner (also banquets for up to 200 people through our local "gourmet" caterers - specialities include seafod and grand barbecues with stuffed suckling pigs, as well as fabulous patiserie).
			Gardening and swimming pool maintenance are taken care of, and the Laouenan family are available to stack wood and maintain the enormous fires for you. You have access to the Lezurec support team at all times.
